Small Group limited to 10.
$7 per class, or punch card with 11 classes for $60

Individual Personal Training

Done by appointment in small groups of no more than 4 per class.

Scheduled Personal Training

The same level of personal training but done in a small group.

Weight Loss Program

8 Weeks, Unlimited Spin, 2 shared workouts per week, 1 nutritional consultation per week, weight loss monitored closely
$299 each person.
